IT Works offers cost effective IT support suitable for businesses of all sizes. At a fixed monthly rate, we offer you guaranteed response times and unlimited remote support.

On-site visits:
For a fixed fee per month, we can provide an unlimited number of call-outs to resolve issues that cannot be rectified remotely. Alternatively, call-outs can be made on a pay-as-you-go basis charged at our standard hourly rate.

Priority Call-Out:
All our customers who have signed support contracts with IT Works automatically get priority over non-contract customers when a site visit is required to rectify an issue. However, for an additional fixed monthly fee we can provide you and with a guaranteed on-site response time.

Pay as you go support

IT Works technicians can provide assistance as and when you need it. This is an ideal addition for businesses, which have their own internal IT staff or in case they do not need a full IT Support contract.

Pricing
IT Works Pay As You Go support service charges are based upon our standard hourly rate for non contract customers.

Our aim, however, is to build a lasting relationship with our customers, and for returning customers we will assess each support issue and if we can easily resolve the problem remotely within a matter of minutes, we will not make a charge.
