Who We Are
ITWorks is a Bulgaria-based technology company with over 15 years of experience in delivering IT services and business-critical infrastructure. Founded in 2007 as a managed service provider and system integrator, we earned the trust of our clients by simplifying complex technologies and providing reliable support.
In 2018, we recognized a major shift: cybersecurity threats were growing, and small to mid-sized businesses lacked dedicated protection. That’s when we made a strategic decision to expand our capabilities and evolve into a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP). Since then, cybersecurity has been at the heart of our mission—to protect, support, and empower modern businesses with smart, scalable, and locally relevant solutions.
